SUITE DREAM.
Orion's suite dream is lacking all of the touches of gaudy, powerful decor that belonged to his predecessor. The room itself is simple, with dark walls and dark floors. A round window shows the night sky, with a crescent moon and a sea of stars; distantly, you can see the occasional golden lantern float by.
A low table sits in the center of the room, where the typewriter and phone rest. There's a small stack of neatly written notes, several brushes and inkstones, and a bouquet of flowers in a vase sitting on the low table. There are two bookshelves, as well - one higher, one lower. The tall bookshelf is filled with books, ranging in content from poetry to accounting and hotel maintenance to other useful tools. Several sentimental tips from guests are also on display here, including a watercolor portrait of someone familiar.
The smaller shelf is covered in plants. There are lots and lots of them - a porcelain water planter of grown lotus flowers, medical plants and herbs, and a shelf dedicated specifically to flowers showcases two pots full of forget-me-nots, a trellis of climbing white roses, and a set of velvety black irises. Varying supplies to care for the plants sit on the lower shelf; each plant has been meticulously cared for.
The bed is just a floor mattress with plain, dark covers. The wardrobe is an armoire; inside of it are a variety of silks matching Orion's usual style (1, 2, 3) including a couple of scarves, one of which is embroidered with a sprig of lavender. A familiar mask occasionally hangs on a hook on the inside of the door of the wardrobe, but it seems its wearer actually prefers to have it on his face 99% of the time.
Despite the simplicity, touches of the Ghost City have found their way into Orion's room. Light in the room comes from hanging lanterns with red tassels, artfully placed throughout the room itself.

ROOM DESCRIPTION (endgame week)
upon first entering, the first thing you see is a large, high ceilinged room with marble floors and a long carpet that leads directly to a dais, where an ornate black throne sits along with a large porcelain vase of some kind. it smells like incense as you walk down the carpet, past the golden statues that line the walkway, but orion continues walking past the throne and disappears to the back of the room.
behind the dais is a much more normal looking room. in fact, it's almost plain in comparison to the gaudiness of the throne area! there’s a simple bedroll back here, fairly large, as well as a low table with some papers, a typewriter, and a vintage phone on it, and a cushion to sit on. there's a larger bookshelf filled from top to bottom with books, as well as a few displayed tips - a watercolor painting of the orion constellation, an origami lotus, a few other flowers in carefully tended to glass vases, to name a few. there's also a smaller, lower shelf covered in plants, a water planter holding real lotus flowers beside it, and a simple black wardrobe. nothing back here is flashy at all.
